- Under normal condition,
the records show more than 98% alive
on arrival at destination airport.
- If the fishes do
not arrive alive or if they die within
24 hours after receiving them at the
airport, we will replace them for free.
- Picture of dead fishes
must be sent to us immediately within
24 hours after receiving them at the
airport, please note that we only accept
good quality pictures which clearly
reveal the quantity in detail.
- We will replace the
dead specimen on your next order, but
the replacement does not cover the cost
of shipping ( airfreight cost ).
- But there any mortality
caused by flight delayed, misconnections
flight, or force majors must be share
each half ( 50% ) between the shipper
and the consignee.
