• Every Order are welcome, and of course special price for the wholesaler.
• Minimum Order 7 boxes of fish.
• We will do the shipment 3 working days after we receive full payment (new buyers only).
• We need that 3 days for checking the health condition of fish include not to feed them 2 x 24 hours before shipment, preparing all the export documentation and booking the cargo for destination airport as request by customers.

• All Prices are quoted in US Dollar ( USD ) F.O.B Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta - Indonesia, excluding freight cost, packing cost, handling and documentation cost. The prices can be changed anytime without prior notice.

• Payment of new buyers must be paid in advance ( deposit ) according to our pro-forma invoice as requested from consignee.
• Credit facilities can be given according agreements only for regular customers.
• Payments are not accepted by banker draft or personal checks, we only accept Telegraphic Transfer ( T .T ). Send the copy receipt of T .T to us by fax. Please contact us for our account number.

All charges involved :

• Documentation and airport handling charges
• Box and packing charges
• Freight cost depend on consignee's destination airport.

• Under normal condition, the records show more than 98% alive on arrival at destination airport.
• If the fishes do not arrive alive or if they die within 24 hours after receiving them at the airport, we will replace them for free.
• Picture of dead fishes must be sent to us immediately within 24 hours after receiving them at the airport, please note that we only accept good quality pictures which clearly reveal the quantity in detail.
• We will replace the dead specimen on your next order, but the replacement does not cover the cost of shipping ( airfreight cost ).
• But there any mortality caused by flight delayed, misconnections flight, or force majors must be share each half ( 50% ) between the shipper and the consignee.
